Housing Inspection Tablet App
The OCCH owns a lot of properties and managing them is a massive task. Employees of the OCCH are required to regularly inspect these properties for maintenance issues. Prior to contacting Red Minnow, the employees of the OCCH were logging all of these issues on paper. Working together with the OCCH, Red Minnow developed a tablet app to help these employees log issues by room, file photos of the issues, and request maintenance directly from the app.

In addition to streamlining maintenance calls, the employees also can view their daily task list and navigate to the next address directly from the app via integration with Google Maps.
