Employees at Bath & Body Works are constantly being asked to recommend a fragrance by customers. This iOS mobile application makes that recommendation much easier. Employees can ask a few simple questions, enter the customers' responses on the tablet, and provide custom recommendations based on the customer's specific preferences. The success of this application lead to the development of the Gift Finder.

The user interface was designed to be super simple to ensure the exchange between the customer and the employee is quick and seamless. Employees simple check items from a list and the app does the rest. The app is accessing a local database which keeps load time lightning fast to eliminate any wait-time.
